Tiffeny grew up an hour north of Columbus in a small town. She completed her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts through The Ohio State University and is forever grateful to not only live in a wonderful and diverse city, but to have found her way into a strong community within it, the information security industry.

Tiffeny supports Columbus as an information security recruiter with TEKsystems. She knew early on that this was the space for her and enjoys learning more about what it takes to make an impact in this industry. She regularly attends security user groups and meet-ups and is an active member of Columbus chapters of ICS2, ICMCP, Splunk User Group and ISSA. Tiffeny is one of the founding members of EmpoWE-R Women of InfoSec non-profit. She continues to better educate herself on industry trends and network with the top talent Columbus has to offer. Tiffeny has spoken on a networking and student panel at ISSA and prepared a panel on creating successful cyber security teams through diversity and inclusion. She is often in the front row at these events taking notes to increase her own knowledge and understanding and further help those looking to break into a cyber security role or advanced their current career. Through TEKsystems and the user groups she attends, she has created strong relationships with some of the industries finest and learns something new from everyone she meets. Tiffeny is also a member of employee resource groups within TEKsystems, Pride at TEK, Diversity and Inclusion, and the Women's employee resource group.  She is passionate about the information security space, giving back to the community and creating a more inclusive environment for those joining the industry.
