Our community was founded with the purpose of empowering women in the InfoSec industry and providing them with the support they need to thrive. As part of this mission, we launched our scholarship fund in January 2021. This fund is dedicated to empowering women in InfoSec through continuous learning opportunities, including college education, technical certifications, and leadership training.

Broiled Chicken/Vegetarian Parmesan with Simple Marzano Marinara Sauce from scratch!
Grocery List: Marinara Sauce
One can Crushed Tomatoes, Preferably Cento
One can Chopped San Marzano Tomatoes, preferably Cento
2-6 garlic cloves, crushed and roughly chopped
One small yellow or white onion diced fine
2 Tablespoons Good Olive Oil
Italian Seasoning 1 Tablespoon
1/2cup Red Wine (I use Merlot or Cab Sauv)
1-2 Teaspoon Sugar
Salt to taste (I start with about a tablespoon and taste from there)
2-3 Fresh Basil Leaves (Optional)

1 Lb. Bronze-Die Extruded, High-quality Spaghetti or Linguine
Protein/Cheese
2lb Chicken Tenderloins
Four slices Provolone Cheese
4-12oz Parmesan Cheese (preferably Parmesan Reggiano)
Can substitute plant chicken or eggplant for Vegetarian
Salad w/ Dressing
Spring Mix 1/2 Clamshell

EmpoWE‐R Women of Information Security was formed to celebrate women in InfoSec and to create an inclusive environment for all to feel welcome. We come together empowering one another as women and everyone who has and continues to support US! All are Welcome!
We have a discount code for Men to rent Tuxedo's, please ask and we are happy to provide.
We will also be creating a scholarship fund which will be awarded in January 2021 to help women in InfoSec for continuous learning (college, technical certification and/or leadership training). For our first year, we will make donations to local charities to assist and support our local women.
To help jump start the scholarship fund, we will also be holding a silent auction the night of the gala. EmpoWE-R-Women of InfoSec is a 501 (c) (3) Organization
